Job summary

Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting in Birmingham, AL. The RN will collaborate with the clinical team, administer medications, monitor residents, and contribute to rehabilitation plans to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications include an active RN license, strong geriatric and rehab knowledge, solid communication, teamwork, and a current BLS/CPR certification.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, therapeutic environment; supervise nursing assistants.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
