Job summary

Northway Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care for residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The RN will assist with rehabilitation plans and work with a clinical team to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/CPR, strong geriatric care knowledge, and teamwork. Evening shifts with a 3pm–11pm schedule and a sign-on bonus are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long‑term care and rehabilitation settings.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities:

7. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
