Ascension Health in Central Indiana is seeking candidates for the January 2027 Nurse Residency Cohort. You’ll train across multiple units at Ascension St. Vincent, working days or nights, in a full- or part-time schedule, and grow under mentorship.

The program blends simulations, labs, and real-world practice to foster professional development and clinical scheduling skills. BLS within 30 days and Indiana RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• BLS within 1 month of hire date required.
• RN credential from Indiana Board of Nursing required before hire.
• Nursing diploma or professional licensure required at time of hire.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
