Job summary

Ascension Cedar Park Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit on a full-time night shift in Cedar Park, TX. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and support discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements include a Texas RN license and BLS, plus a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent; 1 year of acute care RN experience preferred, with equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire is required.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing is required.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure at time of hire.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

• Minimum of 1 year Acute Care RN experience
