Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts in Maternal Child units (Peds, Mother Baby, NICU). You will implement and document the nursing process, advocate for patients, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana license; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in Peds, Mother Baby or NICU; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per standards of care and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Act as patient advocate ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Collaborate with health care team to deliver high-quality care.

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:
