Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking an RN for a Full-time, 12-hour Night Shift. The Maternal Child Float will cover Pediatrics, Mother Baby and NICU, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Indiana RN license and CPR are required, with potential for new grads and 1+ year experience in maternal-child areas. Our team emphasizes patient advocacy and safe, high-quality care, supported by modern technology and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License.
• CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in Peds, Mother Baby or NICU; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Serve as a patient advocate, providing a safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
