Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act and current care standards. Our RNs serve as patient advocates and provide a safe environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient advocacy and a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Document the nursing process per Indiana Nurse Practice Act and established standards.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement and direct nursing care.

Description: FT Days, Every third weekend every other holiday

About the job

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: 6+ months Nursing Experience in the NICU is preferred.
