Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, Indiana, seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 12-hour night shift. You will implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in line with standards and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act; you are a patient advocate in a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License and CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per standards and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Act as a patient advocate and maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide high quality care on a 12-hour night shift.

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.


• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.


• Experience: Looking for RN's with at least 1 year of beside experience, preferably experience in L&D or Mother Baby
