Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. RNs serve as patient advocates and ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program, Indiana RN licensure, CPR on hire or within 60 days, and 6+ months NICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Experience: 6+ months Nursing Experience in the NICU is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process.
• Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Advocate for patient needs and coordinate care with the health-team.

Description: FT Days, Every third weekend every other holiday
