Job summary

Ascension Health's Franciscan Place in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Long Term Care team on rotating shifts (PRN). You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care and coordinate discharge planning.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, monitoring patient conditions, ensuring safety, and following physician and nursing orders. Licensure as RN and BLS certification are required, with a nursing diploma or eligible licensure at

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
