Ascension Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Aide to join the Long term Care & Skilled Nursing team at St. Francis Place in Milwaukee, WI.
This part-time day-shift role supports residents with daily living activities, assists with procedures under RN supervision, and helps maintain clean, safe rooms. Your duties include monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes to staff, and assisting with transfers.

Schedule: Day shift l Part-time
Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
Assist in providing care appropriate to a specific population by facilitating time and individualizedcare of assigned patients.
Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
