Aperion Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in a compassionate, compliant environment. You will administer medications, perform wound care, IV care, and coordinate with physicians to meet residents' care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws and guidelines for facilities.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Willing to take additional required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accurately.
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants on daily activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards ongoing.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure resident safety and care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and resident engagement.
• Communicate effectively with families and staff.
