OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across acute care settings. The RN is accountable under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and delegates tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) as appropriate.

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA) required.
• RN - Registered Nurse per Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license and/or multi-state compact license.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assessment and diagnosis of patient health status across care continuum.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions with outcomes.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team including physicians and support staff.
• Lead process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency requirements as an HRO.
