Job summary
Bon Secours seeks a Registered Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality breast imaging and DEXA scans following ARRT/ACR/MQSA guidelines. You will assist radiologists, document patient history, ensure radiation safety, provide patient education, and participate in quality improvement initiatives; ARRT certification and 1 year mammography experience preferred.

Qualifications
- ARRT Diagnostic Radiology certification required.
- Advanced Mammography ARRT registration preferred or must obtain within 1 year.
- State licensure preferred depending on location.
- BLS Basic Life Support required at hire for certain locations.
Responsibilities
- Performs all breast imaging and DEXA procedures.
- Assists radiologist in invasive breast procedures with aseptic technique and consent.
- Documents patient history and conveys info to licensed provider.
- Operates breast imaging equipment and selects radiographic exposure factors.
- Applies radiation protection principles to minimize exposure and ensure patient safety.
