Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment with urgency.
• Participate in creating a positive patient experience while addressing concerns.
• Prepare patients, assist doctors, and enable efficient, quality dental care.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatory per ADA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations.
