PDS Health in Fresno, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support the dentist in delivering quality care and ensuring patient comfort. The role emphasizes using chair-side skills, taking x-rays, educating patients, and maintaining sterile, compliant clinical spaces.

The successful candidate will adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, and other regulatory requirements while contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient dental treatments.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and state-mandated certification/licensure.
• Certifications/licenses as mandated by applicable state.
• Associate degree or certificate preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment with urgency.
• Actively participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by keeping patients focused on optimal treatment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment; prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.).
