PDS Health in California is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the dentist in delivering high-quality dental care and achieving the best patient outcomes. The role emphasizes patient commitment and efficiency in clinical tasks within a welcoming, clean environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, taking radiographs as directed, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining strict infection control while adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Competenze

• State-m mandated certifications/licensures or registrations.
• Completed training courses for required state certifications/licensures.
• Associate degree or certificate preferred or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment.
• Maintain sterile and clean environment; prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.).
