Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Texas is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and engage with families to reinforce progress during after-school hours.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.

Job description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Part-Time

Pay Rate: $21–$29/hr, based on experience

Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks
