Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Houston team part-time. Work Mon–Fri from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with a pay rate of $21–$29 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
