Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our team in Willis, TX. This part-time role supports children with ASD and works under BCBA supervision.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM. Earn $21–$29 per hour, with a new hire bonus after 4 weeks, contingent on attendance and schedule adherence.

You will collect data in our electronic system and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings while delivering Intervention plans.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
