Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is looking for a motivated RBT to join our team in Rosharon, Texas. The part-time position offers weekday hours (9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and/or 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM) and pays $21-$29 per hour, based on experience.

New hire bonuses apply after 4 weeks of employment. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data in our electronic system, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required).
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).

• Pay Rate: $21-$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
