Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in San Antonio, TX seeks a part-time RBT to implement ABA behavior plans under supervision. You will collaborate with BCBAs, attend supervision sessions, and engage with clients and families to support their progress.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Pay Rate: $21–$29/hr, based on experience
• ? New Hire Bonus! Earn a bonus after completing your first 4 weeks!
• Paid out with your first paycheck after the 4-week mark
• Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks
