Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, with pay between $21 and $29 per hour based on experience.

A new-hire bonus is paid after completing 4 weeks, with eligibility requiring perfect attendance during the first two weeks and no schedule changes. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
