Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time ABA therapist to implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, engage with families, and maintain accurate data in our electronic system.

Qualifications include an active RBT certification, at least 8 months ABA experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent; we offer paid time off, health insurance options, and a supportive mission-driven team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $21–$29/hr, based on experience
