Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Texas is seeking an RBT for a part-time position with a 12:00 PM–2:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday and weekends. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and engaging with clients and families.

Eligible candidates must have RBT certification and at least 8 months ABA experience, plus a high school diploma. Earn $21–$29 per hour with a new hire bonus after 4 weeks and paid after first paycheck, plus health insurance,

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum of 8 months ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
