Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Klein, TX seeks a part-time RBT to support ABA therapy after school. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–6:00 PM with pay ranging from $21–$29 per hour based on experience. A new hire bonus is offered after 4 weeks and is paid with the first paycheck post‑training.

You’ll work under BCBA supervision, collect data, attend supervision sessions, and engage positively with children and families. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required).
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
