Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will implement plans, collect data, and engage families.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay of $21–$29 per hour, a new hire bonus after 4 weeks, health insurance, and a 401(k).

Prerequisites include RBT certification and at least 8 months ABA experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday and Weekends, 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
