Job summary

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will work closely with a BCBA, teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support students throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include direct behavioral support, implementing BIPs, data collection, and collaborating with BCBAs and teachers across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with behaviorally-relevant caseloads.
• School-based ABA experience preferred.

You’ll work closely with a BCBA, teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, collect behavioral data, and support students throughout their school day.

• Support students across classrooms and school environments

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• At least 2 years of experience working with students or clients with behavioral needs

• Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• School-based ABA experience preferred, but not required

ABA graduate students and student analysts working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply. BCBA mentorship and supervision are provided.

Pay amp; Benefits

• $22.50–$27.50 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
