Lakeshore Behavior Consulting LLC is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

You’ll work with a BCBA, teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, collect behavioral data, and support students throughout their school day.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with students or clients with behavioral needs.
• Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data.
• School-based ABA experience preferred; BCBA mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based ABA experience preferred, but not required
• ABA graduate students and student analysts working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply. BCBA mentorship and supervision are provided.

$22.50–$27.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
