Job summary

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a BCBA for a full-time, school-based role in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The BCBA will work with teachers, special education teams, RBTs, and school professionals to implement practical supports for students throughout the day.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, data collection, and providing staff training and coaching. Collaboration with IEP teams and service providers is essential for student success.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with behavioral assessment, data collection, and intervention planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based BCBA experience preferred, but not required.

Mentorship and support are provided.

Pay & Benefits

• $55-$60 per hour (up to approximately $75,000 per school year)
• Full-time, 35 hours per week
