Learning Path ABA Services in Grand Blanc, Michigan, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) to implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, RBT certification is preferred, and experience with children is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT) works directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
