Job summary

Learning Path ABA Services in Grand Blanc, MI seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician/BT/RBT to join our ABA team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA, providing 1:1 therapy in center-based and in-home settings to support children's communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are RBT-certified or willing to obtain certification, and can travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification with support).
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, autism, education, childcare, or related fields)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT) works directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference every day.

Center-Based & In-Home Opportunities. Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
