Job summary

Learning Path ABA Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to work directly with children, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. This role offers center-based and in-home opportunities and a chance to make a meaningful daily impact.

You will collect data, support skill acquisition in communication, social, daily living, and adaptive areas, and collaborate with a compassionate team in a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification with support).
• Experience working with children (ABA, autism, education, childcare, or related fields) preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and in-home settings
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings
