Job summary

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You’ll provide behavioral consultation, help school teams develop practical supports for students, and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, RBTs, and families to implement effective plans throughout the school day.

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

This role is a great fit for a BCBA who enjoys working collaboratively with teachers, special education teams, RBTs, and other school professionals. You’ll provide behavioral consultation and help school teams develop practical, effective supports for students throughout the school day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collect and analyze behavioral data
• Provide behavioral consultation, staff training, and coaching
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience with behavioral assessment, data collection, and intervention planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based BCBA experience preferred, but not required

BCBAs transitioning from clinic or home-based settings are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support are provided.

Pay amp; Benefits

• $55-$60 per hour (up to approximately $75,000 per school year)
• Full-time, 35 hours per week
