Job summary

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will work closely with a BCBA, teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support students throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include direct behavioral support, implementing BIPs, data collection, and collaborating with BCBAs and teachers across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with behaviorally-relevant caseloads.
• School-based ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school setting.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school professionals.
