Job summary

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. We offer paid training to become an RBT and partner you with Supervisors for shadowing and guidance.

We are hiring Behavior Technicians to support kids in home or MeBe’s Learning Center clinics, with part-time shifts available. You’ll follow BCBA-developed treatment plans, record progress, and collaborate with families and the MeBe team to deliver compassionate, effective care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18, with a valid driver’s license.
• RBT/CBT certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in child care, teaching, or counseling preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Part-time shifts available; Monday through Friday.
• Comfort working in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Relay progress to BCBA to inform assessments.
• Record the kiddo’s progress in Central Reach at the end of each session.
• Clock in/out and adhere to ABA/insurance regulations.
• Keep the workplace organized and safe.
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changes.
• Support Site Director and Clinical Supervisors with tasks.
• Ask questions and co-own treatment planning with supervisors.
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining boundaries.
