Job summary

MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. We offer paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and pair you with Supervisors to shadow and learn. Roles can be in-home or at MeBe's Learning Center, with a supportive team dedicated to helping children

Qualifications

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday; part-time shifts available.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• RBT/CBT certification preferred; must obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and/or run.
• Background check clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with BCBA assessments.
• Accurately record progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out and submit session notes per ABA and provider regulations.
• Keep workplace safe, organized, and supportive for families.
