Job summary

Galliant Tyler Clinic is hiring RBTs to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD in a center-based setting.

We offer paid RBT training, a clear growth path, and a daytime schedule, 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday to Friday, with full benefits and a supportive clinical team led by BCBA-D professionals.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn.
• No prior healthcare or ABA experience required.
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming care and patient success.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the Tyler clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: implement individual behavior plans to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing child safety, comfort, and engagement in a clinic setting.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft objective daily progress notes.
