Galliant Trainings in Tyler, TX is urgently hiring for 1-on-1 therapy roles at our center-based Tyler clinic. Whether you are a certified RBT or seeking to start your ABA career, you’ll deliver one-on-one therapy to children with ASD in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

We cover 100% of paid RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks, with a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or a HS Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn.
• Willingness to participate in ABA training and pass the national BACB exam.
• Comfort with a daytime, center-based clinic schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct therapy to help children develop communication, daily living skills, and social connections.
• Deliver assent-based care, prioritizing child safety and engagement in a clinical setting.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft objective daily progress notes.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Tyler clinic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
