Job summary

Galliant in Lincoln is hiring high-energy team members to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD at our center-based Lincoln clinic. 100% center-based role means no driving, with a predictable daytime schedule.

Expect structured growth with tiered starting pay, a $500 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, paid RBT training for uncertified hires, and a comprehensive benefits package. Work hours are 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional meetings until 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or a High School Diploma/GED with strong drive to learn.
• Mindset focused on neurodiversity-affirming care and collaboration within a clinical team.
• Reliable transportation to the Lincoln clinic and need for physical stamina to engage children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy to help children reduce challenging behaviors and build skills.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing child safety, comfort, and engagement.
• Track session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

• Certified RBTs: $22.00 – $28.00 / hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Lincoln clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
