Galliant’s Tyler Clinic is urgently hiring for compassionate team members to deliver 1-on-1 therapy to children with ASD in a center-based setting. We cover 100% of paid RBT training and sponsor the national exam within the first 8 weeks, with a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and a strong growth track offering semi-annual reviews.

Certified RBTs earn $16–$21/hour, while entry-level hires earn $15–$16/hour, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming care and collaborative teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Tyler clinic.
• Physical stamina to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.
• Deliver assent-based care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a clinic setting.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft objective daily progress notes.
