Job summary

Galliant is urgently hiring for our Elkhorn clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join a center-based team and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

We cover 100% of your paid RBT training and sponsorship for the national exam within your first 8 weeks. Expect a predictable daytime schedule with full benefits and room to grow in your ABA career.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED with strong drive to learn; no prior healthcare or ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a clinic setting.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft clear daily progress notes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Elkhorn clinic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
