Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD at our Tyler clinic. No ABA experience needed, as 100% paid training and certification are provided.

You will work a predictable daytime schedule (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Mon–Fri) with opportunities for semi-annual pay growth and a comprehensive benefits package. BCBA-D leadership supports your growth.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete paid training and ABA certification.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
