Job summary

Galliant in Corsicana, TX is seeking compassionate RBTs to join a center-based clinic delivering 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Starting pay ranges with certified RBTs and entry-level roles, plus a 100% paid RBT training program, a stable daytime schedule (8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Mon–Fri), and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

Starting Pay & Perks:

• Certified RBTs: $18.50 - $23.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 - $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes the wants and needs of your clients while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.

• Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).

• Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.

• Physical Ability: Agile and active! Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to safely engage children and maintain clinic safety protocols.
