Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD at the Farmers Branch clinic in Texas. No prior ABA experience required, as 100% paid training and RBT certification are provided within the first weeks of employment.

Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with opportunities for raises every 6 months and a predictable daytime schedule (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday–Friday).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher required.
• Ability to work 1-on-1 with children in a clinic setting.
• Willingness to learn via paid training and certification (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
