Job summary

Galliant Midland clinic is urgently hiring high-energy, compassionate team members to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a center-based setting.

We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and national exam costs within your first 8 weeks, and offer a structured growth track with performance evaluations every 6 months.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a clinic-based ABA environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Midland clinic.
• Ability to stay active and engage children in a safe, supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one direct therapy to children with ASD in a clinic setting.
• Implement individualized plans to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills.
• Track session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

Job description

Starting Pay & Compensation:

• Certified RBTs: $20.00 - $24.50+ / hour + $250 Sign-On Bonus


• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 - $19.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

• Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work a stable daytime routine (8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday) with predictable scheduling, a single clinic home, and your weekends back (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).


• BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D. Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills with direct mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting using compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client needs and supports neurodiversity acceptance.


• Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication.


• Track Session Data: Use a provided clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We're Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!


• Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.


• Transportation: Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Midland clinic.


• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
