Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at our Tyler clinic.

No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification. You will work 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, in a clinic setting with clear pathways for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For
