Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans created by our BCBA and supporting each client’s unique goals.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, dedicated to helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care across home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in related field a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with families.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect data as directed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team; participate in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport for a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
