Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA and supporting each client’s goals.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care in various settings including home, school, or community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
