Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in the United States is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals.

This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; psychology/education degree a plus
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and record data accurately
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families
• Valid driver’s license and transportation if travel to client locations is required

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one in home, school, or community settings as directed
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision with fidelity
• Collect and accurately record data to track progress
• Collaborate with BCBA and team; participate in supervision and training
• Offer compassionate support and build rapport with clients and families
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development
